Assistant Team Leader – Wave Assembly 2nd Shift Green Bay, WI – Manufacturing, 1330 Bellevue St., Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Job Description KI is seeking a full‑time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00, and a $1.00/hour raise within the first year. Responsibilities Assist Team Leaders in ensuring production technicians have the product needed to maintain production at all times. Support the team leader with conveying goals, huddle information, and making decisions related to job rotation. Make suggestions for cell staffing needs. Support training of technicians. Ensure all cell technicians are supplied with required materials (painted parts, warehouse components, purchased parts). Maintain schedules, document downtime and quality issues, and keep production display boards updated. Assist with production as needed. Operate all equipment in the cell effectively and safely. Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping). High School Diploma or equivalent. Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to assist in any area of the plant if the area is slow. Shift 2nd Shift position.
