Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Implementing portion control measures
• Utilizing knife skills for food preparation
• Operating fryers and grills
• Managing back of house operations
• Handling food safely and following sanitation guidelines
• Preparing a variety of dishes including baking and catering
• Overseeing food and beverage management
• Ordering, merchandising, and purchasing supplies

Required Skills:

• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong understanding of food quality standards
• Excellent knife skills for precise food preparation
• Knowledge of fryer and grilling techniques
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards
• Experience in Pasta and American Cuisine
• Proficiency in Scratch Cooking
• Knowledge of Kitchen Management
• Understanding of Food Cost Management
• Ability in Plate Presentation

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Experience in food safety protocols
• Previous experience in catering and baking

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00
