Description:
- Investigate discrepancies, locate error sources from inventories, and initiates corrective actions
- Daily data entry and reconciliation of company information
- Day-to-day monitoring of inventory levels to ensure delivery performance, vendor obligations are met, and inventory levels are within range
- Support Order Entry and other areas as needed
- Perform various clerical duties, as directed by manager
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- PC proficient and utilization of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions
- Self-motivated, responsible and dedicated
- Ability and willingness to comprehend and follow instructions independently
- Must be detail oriented and a fast learner
- Able to multi task and work in fast paced environment
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Quick learner that is able to work independently and with a team
- Organizational skills
- Be able to lift up to 20lbs
- Bend, kneel and sit for short and long period of times
