Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Yonkers, NY – Achieve Beyond Apply to Achieve Beyond as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and help children with special needs reach their goals. Our pediatric therapy team specializes in evaluations and ongoing services in homes, community, and clinic settings. We serve children and families across the New York metro area, Virginia/DC area, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware. Job Overview Flexible schedule available. Work a range of cases throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties. Responsibilities Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school–based settings. Gather necessary information to conduct social histories. Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories, and submit them in a timely manner. Write Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals. Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need. Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child when required. Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines. Qualifications Must have a passion for working with children and families. NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience evaluating children birth – 5 preferred but not required. Familiarity with using evaluation tools such as ADOS‑2 or CARS‑2. Completion of EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings for EI Evaluations program. Self‑motivated, team player, patient, and professional. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases (personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation such as bus or train). Ability to ascend and descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time. Benefits Flexible work schedule. Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the interview process.
