Food Technologist

CONFLUX SYSTEMS

Support product development by assisting with beverage and syrup formulation, lab-scale trials, sample analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on hands-on R&D support, ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverage and syrup formulations for trials and evaluations

• Conduct product sampling and support sensory testing

• Perform analysis including pH , titratable acidity , Brix , and other quality attributes

• Execute lab-scale production trials and process beverages using beverage processing equipment (sparkling/frozen)

• Coordinate sample shipments with logistics teams

• Maintain and calibrate lab instruments per standard procedures

• Record and manage test data using internal systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field with 1–3 years of experience

• Knowledge of beverage technology , food chemistry , food microbiology , and food process technology

• Hands-on experience in product development , batching, and lab-scale trials

• Familiarity with food hygiene standards and analytical testing methods

• Basic project management and coordination skills

• Strong technical communication (written/verbal)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment
