Schedule This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts What You Will Do Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines What You Bring Accredited MA training or equivalent experience MA certification 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment Why You Will Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
