Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary And Qualifications This role’s primary responsibility will include the implementation and support of a new standard Access Control technology as well as establishing processes to support legacy systems. This includes monitoring and supporting the hardware and software support, as well as assisting in facilitating the integrations of HR and Identity and Access systems. Key responsibilities include defining enterprise standards, developing deployment playbooks, creating operational support processes, managing vendor relationships, measuring product performance, and ensuring the access control and surveillance solutions align with organizational security, compliance, and operational objectives. The role will also serve as the senior analyst in this space and will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing product lifecycle management. Product Development and LifeCycle Management Oversee and participate in current lifecycle management processes including governance, analysis, and documentation. Oversee and participate in upgrade planning, testing, education, communication and deployment of new releases. Product Implementation and Integrations Develop and document standard integration process for governance and approval Organize and implement standard integrations with HR and Identity and Access platforms Develop, in partnership with vendors, standard HCA training documentation for HR and Security Personnel Maintain vendor relationship and coordination throughout implementations Operations Support Support data warehouse projects and PowerBI initiatives.
