Inside Parts Sales Representative

The essential job duties and responsibilities include however not limited to the following: Serve amicably as company ambassador to the client providing comprehensive information to ensure positive relation and future sales Understanding of product(s) to be sold and communicate freely with the customer to not only understand their current needs but provide suggestions in upselling Ability to effectively engage prospective customers for future sales Ability to work as a team, ensuring concise communication is continued from point of sale to varying team members as the order is completed and sent to the customer Strong computing ability to digitally process all paperwork associated with a sale Job Requirements Skills and Experience: Strong consultative, organizational, and communication skills Communication to be thorough, precise, and prompt Experience in maintaining positive customer relationships with clients and suppliers Accountability – Required for all commitments and decisions Excellent time manager Salary and commission to be commensurate with experience.
