What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric assessments and treatment plans
- Manage involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting 2 psychiatrists and 3 advanced practice providers
- Address a variety of disorders, including anxiety, mood, personality, and psychotic disorders
- Document care in Wellsky EMR system
- Deliver patient-centered care in a supportive, well-resourced environment
- Participate in a respectful, team-oriented work culture
What You Need
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain it
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- DEA certification and current BLS accreditation
- At least 1 year of inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
