RN Clinical Coordinator

Job TitleEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates interpersonal skills and competency in leadership, supervision and management of staff.Collaborates the development and implementation of policies, systems and programs to guide assigned functions, activities and responsibilities.Handles day to day operations such as but not limited to payroll adjustments, schedule changes, following up on patient complaints and quality reviews.Assists nursing manager with implementation of new programs, employee evaluations and disciplinary issues.Evaluates and documents patient response; monitors and recognizes changes in physiological and psychosocial status; takes appropriate action based on assessment of the patient.Practices, develops and endorses customer service skills in relationships with internal and external customers.Demonstrates knowledge and application of the nursing process.Other Responsibilities:Adheres to downtime procedures.Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.Performs both essential and non-essential job functions in a safe manner as identified by Norwegian American Hospital.Demonstrates an understanding of and models the mission and core values of Norwegian American Hospital.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
