Do you enjoy meeting new people and creating positive experiences for guests?Quality Suites Moab is currently hiring a Full-Time Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team in the evenings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes pride in great service, and works well with a team.Our hotel team is committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. In return, we strive to create a supportive workplace where employees feel valued and have opportunities to grow.Compensation & Benefits$18-$20 per hour depending on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with a 4% company matchPaid time off and vacationEmployee hotel discountsSupportive team culture and positive work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Desk Guest Services Representative, you will play an important role in ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.Daily responsibilities include:Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out proceduresAnswering incoming calls and assisting with room reservationsResponding to guest questions and providing helpful information about the hotel and local areaCoordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are metProcessing payments and maintaining accurate transaction recordsKeeping the lobby and front desk area professional and organizedCompleting shift reports and handoff notes for the next team memberThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and interacting with travelers from around the world.ScheduleEvening shifts available onlyQualificationsPrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using basic computer systemsFriendly, professional, and service-oriented attitudeReliable, organized, and detail-focusedAbility to multitask in a busy front desk environmentAbout Quality Suites MoabQuality Suites Moab provides comfortable accommodations for visitors exploring the stunning landscapes and outdoor recreation Moab is known for.
