Providing personalized support to students, the full-time remote Academic and Finance Counselor will guide learners in balancing their academic goals and financial plans, while managing student accounts and facilitating effective communication across various channels. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted guide for students, explaining university policies and financial aid guidelines Manage a caseload of students, ensuring proactive communication and support towards their academic goals Handle student Accounts Receivable, including document collection and financial aid processing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years of related experience in advising, student services, or customer service required Experience with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred Background in academic advising within a college or university setting preferred Familiarity with online learning environments and technology-driven settings preferred
