RollShield LLC is an established Tampa Bay manufacturer and installer specializing in hurricane shutters, impact windows and doors, security screens, sunrooms, screen rooms, and other residential and commercial improvement products.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help generate qualified customer leads, improve the performance of our digital advertising campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and support continued growth throughout the Tampa Bay market.

This is a hands-on digital marketing position for someone who enjoys managing campaigns, analyzing performance, testing new approaches, and turning marketing data into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI
• Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and advertising spend
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and performance
• Assist with SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and lead generation
• Monitor website performance and digital conversion activity
• Support landing-page and website improvements designed to increase conversions
• Track leads and marketing performance through available analytics and CRM tools
• Assist with email marketing and customer outreach campaigns
• Manage and monitor RollShield's online reputation, including customer reviews and ratings
• Help increase positive customer reviews across key online platforms
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with the sales team
• Develop and update digital marketing content as needed
• Prepare regular reports showing campaign results, lead volume, cost per lead, and ROI
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads
• Experience with Facebook/Meta advertising
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital lead generation
• Experience using analytics and campaign-performance data to make optimization decisions
• Ability to track and report on metrics such as:
• • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rate
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Website traffic
  • Campaign ROI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and leadership

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Home improvement
• Impact windows and doors
• Hurricane protection
• Roofing
• HVAC
• Solar
• Remodeling
• Construction
• Other consumer or home-services businesses

Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, email marketing platforms, or reputation-management tools is also beneficial.
