RN-Registered Nurse // Oncology Onsite Contract Starts 10/19/2026 26 weeks Job Description 12.5 hours/day Data Collection: Unit Information: K9A- Oncology/Women s Surgical Location: Asheville, NC Address: 509 Biltmore Ave. Floor: 9th Building: K General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -24 Number of Staff – 42 Type of staff: Day Shift –1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 HUC Night Shift – 1CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs Patient Ratios – 1:4 or 1:5 Type of equipment – standard unit equipment EMR -Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. License (RN/CNA) BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Chemo Certification List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Occasional pelvic exams Echo, thoracentesis Best personality Fit: Team players, willing to learn

None at this time Floating Area(s): Other med-surg units- team rarely floats Dress Code: RNs- navy, white or combo of both colors CNAs- Galaxy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Basic hospital policies and guidelines Weekends and On call(if any) Rare call Staff required to work 6 weekend days per schedule
