What You'll Be Doing: Leading with Energy: Bringing lessons to life across EYFS through Year 6, sparking wonder and inspiring pupils to ask big questions. Building Independent Learners: Championing self-belief and social inclusion, giving children the tools and confidence to take ownership of their own success. Supporting the Whole Child: Creating a safe, gentle, and encouraging classroom culture where pupils learn to bounce back from setbacks and tackle challenges with confidence. Leading by Example: Modelling warmth, consideration, and strong moral character in every interaction, whether leading a class or working behind the scenes.
