About the Position:

Role: Customer Service Representative- Call Center
Location: Contact Centers in Akron, Ohio
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift with overtime opportunities )
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about electric utility services .
Process outage reports and emergency calls promptly and professionally.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, patient, and professional approach.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboard typing .
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset .
