Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Home Health experience (required)
• Strong understanding of Medicare homebound criteria
• Ability to determine primary skill needs per visit :
  • Hands-on care
  • Direct care
  • Observation/assessment
  • Education
  • Medication & Evaluation (M&E)
• Strong OASIS experience required
• CRM experience preferred ( HCHB or similar )
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• License not required at submission
• BSN not required
