Duties: Provide one-on-one, confidential counseling sessions for employees as needed on the construction site. Respond to immediate mental health or emotional crises, offering short-term stabilization and support. Assess needs and refer employees to appropriate community resources or long-term providers when necessary. Maintain clear boundaries of scope of practice, offering supportive counseling rather than ongoing therapy. Provide education and awareness about mental health and wellness in a workplace context. Document sessions and referrals in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable ethical guidelines. Provide ongoing education and training to workers on mental health. Maintain cleanliness of the onsite clinic and office. Other Duties: Build lasting relationships with our internal and external partners. Integrate with the client project team to support client objectives and programs. Other duties as assigned. Conditions of Employment: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Required). Minimum of 3 years of experience providing one-on-one counseling to individuals. Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups of employees. Familiarity with referral networks and local mental health resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working in a construction site environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients at all levels required. Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment required. Must be able to adapt to changes without compromise and become proficient quickly. Must be able to operate effectively in unpredictable situations. Must be comfortable working at heights.
