Trades Manager

Job Description An employer is seeking a Trades Manager for a contract to hire opportunity in the Columbus, OH area. This role will support onsite construction operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of work across multiple trades. This role requires a strong construction background, the ability to work independently, and a hands‑on leadership approach in the field. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who understands construction means and methods, can manage trade activity onsite, and proactively drives safety compliance while supporting overall project execution.
