Who We're Looking For:

• Versatility - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
• Knowledge - Interested in current trends, products, and services
• TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
• Upbeat - Professional and positive demeanor

Our Pay Structure:

• Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
• Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
• Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hair cutting experience
• Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
