Make emotional connections with guests. Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome. Communicate effectively with guests and team members. Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently. Seek opportunities to provide 2nd mile service. Inspire unforgettable moments. Team Collaboration & Adherence Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant. Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic. Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times. Operational Efficiency Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly. Work on your feet for several hours at a time. Dining Area Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized dining area via sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables. Refresh beverages, clear tables, and serve food. Additional Duties Other duties as assigned.
