The position involves a varied caseload, including outpatient therapy, acute care, skilled nursing therapy, and home health services. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions as directed by the physical therapist. Support patients with rehabilitation goals in various settings. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
