Join Our Team as an Endourologist
Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our expanding academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency slots and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive therapies for BPH.
The RoleWe are interested in candidates who possess a strong enthusiasm for or fellowship training in Endourology . The primary objective of this position is to further develop our advanced stone and BPH program.
The ideal candidate will:
- Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
- Lead and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone disease.
- Mentor residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Diverse Clinical Environments: Our faculty provides care in a variety of settings, including a leading Academic Medical Center, a dedicated Veterans Administration (VA) hospital, two safety net facilities, and a vibrant community hospital.

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 , adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

- Eligibility for a California medical license.
