Join Our Team as an Endourologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our expanding academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency slots and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive therapies for BPH.

The Role

We are interested in candidates who possess a strong enthusiasm for or fellowship training in Endourology . The primary objective of this position is to further develop our advanced stone and BPH program.

The ideal candidate will:

• Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
• Lead and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone disease.
• Mentor residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 , adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• A strong commitment to clinical education and community-focused care.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
• This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
• California residency is required upon the start date.
