Veterinarian J681327 Grandview Missouri USD130K- USD160K / Year A well-established, full-service AAHA accredited small animal and exotics hospital in Grandview, Missouri, just outside Kansas City, is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian (DVM) to step into a Senior Associate / Lead DVM role. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to focus primarily on patient care while also taking on meaningful leadership responsibility within a collaborative, supportive hospital environment. Exotics medicine is available but completely optional. This role is ideal for a veterinarian ready to step into a leadership-focused position without heavy administrative burden, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality medicine and supporting your colleagues. You will work alongside three other DVMs in a busy, full-service general practice hospital. Responsibilities Supporting and mentoring 3 other DVMs Assisting hospital team members in their day-to-day work and professional development Collaborating with the broader management team to maintain consistent, high-quality standards of care While you will have leadership influence, administrative duties are intentionally limited so you can remain focused on your patients and team.
