Schedule Details: Monday-Friday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

One-hour lunch included

Amount of Coverage Needed: Weeks listed above

Practice Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic

Patient Population: Adults

Patient Volume: Clinic: 20-22 patients per day

Facility Details: 268-bed hospital

Department Description: Cath Lab coverage with hospital consults and electrophysiology procedures.

Expected workload includes:

3-4 hospital consults per day
4-6 EP cases per day depending on complexity and case length

Procedures and Skills Required:

Cardiac Electrophysiology
Heart rhythm disturbance management
Ablations
Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
Moderate sedation

Candidates must:

Be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
Be proficient with the Abbott EnSite-X Mapping System
Demonstrate at least 100 EP cases within the past 2 years through case logs, with emphasis on ablation procedures

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: Information to be provided

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology - Required
Active Arizona License - Required
Facility willing to license qualified candidates
Arizona DEA Registration - Required
ACLS - Required
Minimum 1 year of experience - Required
Ablation experience - Required
Must provide case logs showing 100 EP cases within the last 2 years
