General Responsibility

Producing, designing, and crafting all parts (fiberglass, gelcoats, and/or molds) products to meet company specifications and standards.

Requirements

• Must pass a tape measure test
• Read calipers (preferred)
• Read basic engineering prints (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

A quality candidate will have a minimum of one year's knowledge and experience in at least one of the following categories:

• Composites
• Welding and/or fabrication
• Auto body (ex: wet sand, body filler)
• Construction (ex: carpentry, framework)
• Manufacturing
• Metal finishing

Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists in control of materials used
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to Production Schedule
• Ability to work in dusty environment
• Ability to work in a hot environment
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and their disposal
