Employees may also participate in community events and outreach programs. Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth to meet patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff, setting behaviors, actions and attitudes for X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists. Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure adherence to company values. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely fashion and forward charts as appropriate daily. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to safety, cost, and reliable information. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in fast‑paced autonomous environments, both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic test results, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and engage in E/M training. Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to company standards of operation. Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care both in clinic and telehealth. Support new employee onboarding, training, and job shadowing. Maintain a respectful, confidential culture. Experience Requirements and Preferences Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice. Current active license and DEA; DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license. PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees required 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. On‑call periods may be required annually. Level requirements: Level 1 – new graduate up to 1 year of experience; Level 2 – 1–5 years; Level 3 – 5–10 years; Level 4 – over 10 years.
