We recently completed a substantial round of funding and have enough capital for at least two years. We've spent two years building what we think is the best health optimization platform on earth, and we're growing 20x year over year.

We are an AI-native company. AI is central to both the products we build and how we work every day. We're building a system for personalized, whole-person health, anchored in the brain, and developing several connected businesses around it:

• Consumer health and care: assessments, diagnostics, personalized plans, coaching, and clinical services that help people understand and improve their health.
• AI and technology: BeBe, our health intelligence platform, and tools that help people and professionals turn complex information into useful decisions and action.
• Products and commerce: supplements, curated products, and services that help customers put their plans into practice.
• Institutional growth: employer programs and partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other organizations that can bring BetterBrain to more people.
• New business development: emerging opportunities in platform licensing, research, professional education, and certification.

Why This Role Matters

We've built an AI-based system that draws on hundreds of health data points per client to deliver truly n of 1 care for the whole body, anchored in the brain. On its own it is better than the vast majority of traditional healthcare - but it is even more powerful when paired with people delivering care. Our clients come to us for programs and services that combine that system with dietitian coaching, nurse practitioner–led clinical care, and lab testing.

This role is accountable for those programs and services: how they work, what clients experience, the clinical, experiential and economic outcomes they produce, and the associated economics.

Responsibilities

1. Steward the P&L and outcomes

You are accountable for the coaching and care P&L and the associated outcomes: clinical (are clients getting healthier), experiential (are they satisfied), and economic (are we building lifetime value). For example:

• Identify and move the numbers that drive the business (think D2C unit economic metrics).
• Run client feedback to understand what is working versus not (with or without AI running the process).
• Shape where we invest across programs based on outcomes and economics.

1. Oversee and expand the programs and services

We are launching five clinical programs on top of our coaching line of business. You will make them world class, shape what comes next, and be responsible for how each one works across coaching, clinical care, technology and client communication. For example:

• Lead the program roadmap: improving the current programs and launching new ones.
• Design and launch new clinical programs to meet client needs
• Be accountable for the client experience of care delivery, from booking and scheduling to the tools coaches and NPs use.

1. Steward supply, demand and delivery partners

You make sure we have the right clinicians and partners in place to deliver for every client, at the right cost. For example:

• Build and run the clinician hiring plan: how many dietitians and NPs, in which states, at which rate.
• Identify and manage the partners that help us deliver our programs, such as e-prescribing, lab testing, billing and pharmacy partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an exceptional track record of building and delivering care, or products, that are both effective and economic. We care about what you have achieved and your slope of growth, not how many years you have done something. Strong candidates come from one of these three backgrounds.

Profile A: Proven Health or Virtual Care Operator

You have built and delivered care in virtual care, digital health or clinical services that measurably worked: clients got healthier, and the economics worked and improved.

• You have scaled a program, service or business line and can show the results in numbers - outcomes, retention, margin or lifetime value.
• You have taken a new program or service from zero to real scale, working with clinicians as peers.
• You improved both the quality and the economics of care, not one at the expense of the other.
• You stood out as a top performer: fast promotions, expanding scope, and people who would hire you again.

Profile B: Exceptional Product Manager

You are a top product manager, ideally (but not necessarily) in consumer health with a track record of shipping products that clients love and that moved the business.

• You have led a product or service from early stage to meaningful scale, and can point to the metrics you moved - engagement, retention, revenue or health outcomes.
• You have been accountable for the business case behind what you built - pricing, unit economics, lifetime value - and the numbers improved because of your work.
• You have designed how a service works alongside clinicians or other expert users, and it shipped and delivered results.
• You stood out as a top performer: fast promotions, expanding scope, and people who would hire you again.

Profile C: Exceptional Management Consultant

You are a top-performing former management consultant (for example McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly selective firm) with meaningful healthcare exposure, and you have since built or launched something with measurable results.

• A record of top performance at your firm, such as accelerated promotion and top ratings.
• Since consulting, you have built, launched or run something and can show what it achieved.
• Distinctive analytical and problem-solving ability, and comfort building models you rely on.
• Ability to synthesize complexity, create clarity, and lead cross-functional work without formal authority.
• Ability to rapidly learn clinical operations, payer economics and healthcare regulatory fundamentals.

Skills & Mindset (across all profiles)

• AI-native in how you work: you use AI deeply and daily to move faster and do more with a small team.
• Product taste: you know what a great client experience looks like and can design how a program works for a client.
• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action.
• Experimental mindset, letting data guide decisions.

Nice to Have

• Clinical knowledge (even if high level). If you have it, you may also help steward our clinical protocols across programs.

Evidence of Fit (across all profiles)

• Strong performance reviews from prior employers.
• Multiple references from respected leaders or mentors who can speak to your judgment, ownership and character.
