Practice Highlights :\n

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
\n
\n
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
\n
\n
• Join an established team of 1 physician and 2 APCs
\n
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
\n
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
\n

Clinic Hours : M-W 7:00a-6:00p, Th 7:30a-5:00p, F 8:00a-5:00p\n

Call Rotation : Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.\n

• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
