Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys. Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to conduct insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work. Responsibilities Survey both residential and commercial properties. Take photographs of the property. Obtain property details and assess overall conditions. Provide reports in a timely manner and submit them online through the PC/Desktop, ensuring attachments are included. Qualifications Reliable car for travel to inspections. Computer running Windows10 or newer, or other PC/desktop. Smartphone or digital camera for photos. Reliable home internet connection.
