CONSULTANT SERVICES TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL STAFF

SCOPE OF WORK

Professional/Technical Title: (Associate Project Manager Level II - Mechanical) Duration of Service Required: 52 Weeks Normal Work Week: Monday through Friday Hours of Work: Technical functions: 40% Administrative functions: 60% Field location: 0% Office location: 100% No Right of Waiver required Description of Work: Responsibilities Work as Assistant to the Design Manager. Prepare minutes of meetings, budgets preview sheets, draft waiver requests. Coordinate with disciplines the technical comments on drawings and specifications from various stakeholders. Help prepare permit requests. Prepare documents to send to the printer. Help in the preparation of project bid documents and PowerPoint presentations. Track and manage submittals and approvals. Help in the preparation of project specifications (Division 1). Assist and/or represent DMO during the construction phase for various projects. Qualifications Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree Mechanical Engineering Licensing Requirements: NYS PE License not mandatory Special Skills/Training Requirements: Familiarity with design management or project management preferred.
