Effectively communicate with other team members of the kitchen staff. Gracefully receive constructive criticism as well as effectively carry out orders. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators. In a timely manner, properly store daily deliveries and foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures. Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift and in set-up and clean down procedures; Clean designated work areas, equipment, and utensils; distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
