Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely, meet with clients virtually, and help make the insurance decision-making process clear and comfortable. Responsibilities Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

Build rapport and identify each client’s insurance needs

Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information

Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships

Keep organized records and complete required documentation

Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
