Early Childhood Center Director
The Learning Experience – Milford
Salary: $70,000 per year

At The Learning Experience, our Center Directors are business leaders, instructional coaches, mentors, and community ambassadors.

We're seeking an experienced leader who can balance operational excellence with exceptional customer service while creating a workplace where teachers love coming to work and children love learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations and financial performance

• Ensure licensing compliance and classroom quality

• Hire and develop outstanding teachers

• Coach leadership staff and classroom teams

• Increase enrollment and strengthen family retention

• Maintain outstanding customer experiences

• Partner with local businesses and community organizations

Qualifications

• Early childhood leadership experience

• Massachusetts Director Certification

• Knowledge of EEC regulations

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to motivate and develop teams
