Make a difference.Job Description:The Lab Assistant assists laboratory technical staff by performing various pre-analytical and support functions.Orders and verifies specimens.Performs pre-analytical specimen preparation.Processes referral testing.Processes specimen rejections.Responds to customer requests.Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.Previous laboratory experience preferred.Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairfield Medical Center
