Front Desk Coordinator
Premier law firm looking for a high energy, friendly professional to coordinate the front desk area of a fast-paced office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phones
- Set up conference room for meetings
- Oversee a list of clients to contact daily regarding documentation that needs to be completed
- Provide preliminary legal and administrative support to attorneys and staff
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office
- Previous legal experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
- The urgency to provide exceptional customer service
$18.00/hr Excellent benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, Retirement and plenty of room for growth!
