New Home Sales Consultant - Sarasota County

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our new home sales teams supporting our Manatee and Sarasota County communities. We aim to find an enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of the sales role and its impact on our homeowners, the company, and the brand reputation. At David Weekley Homes, a Sales Consultant guides a prospective homeowner through the process of purchasing a new home by building trust, understanding needs, and providing an exceptional home-buying experience. We support personal and professional growth and offer a rewarding sales career with strong earning potential. Responsibilities Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process. Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals. Maintain a high level of customer service. Proactive prospecting, follow-up, and promoting new business. Work and communicate effectively with prospective homeowners, realtors, and team members. Understand the loan process to present to prospective homeowners. Qualifications Must have a Florida Real Estate License upon hire. Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years in high-end sales. Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven background in prospecting and follow-up. Commitment to act with integrity. High level of enthusiasm. Additional Information Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays is required. Must have reliable transportation.
