Compensation from $31.00/hr-$36.00/hr (based upon experience) - PLUS Part-time and PRN differentials PLUS shift differentials

Available: PRN, Full Time and Part Time on Evening and Night shifts (12-hour shift options available) | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Active CPR certification required
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
