Starting Pay : $21.90/hour - $30.95/hour, depending on experience

The Social Worker i dentifies and suggests innovative approaches and participates in implementing performance improvement opportunities and m aintains compliance with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies and community standards. D emonstrates on a consistent basis individual and team behavior that supports the Person-Centered, Woodwell and Woodside philosophies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Requirements for the Social Worker :

• Holds a B a chelor's degree from an accredited college or university or four years of relevant experience in a long-term care community, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in Social Work, Gerontology or an other related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
