The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs and planning care accordingly. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitoring vital signs and administering medications as ordered will be key responsibilities. The Nurse must demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication skills. Adherence to safety standards and protocols is required in all patient interactions. Continuous education and skills validation are encouraged to maintain competency in this specialty. Participation in departmental meetings and educational programs may be required. The role may involve training other nursing staff as needed.
