In this key role, you will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospective residents, analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability, and determine the best next steps in the sales and marketing process. This role also requires a creative thinker who can plan, organize, and execute multiple events each month, hosting anywhere from 25 to 300 prospects at a time.What we offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of ageEducation assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!Compensation: Starting at $23.50 per hour plus eligibility for bonus and commissions.How you will make an impact:Provide a warm, welcoming environment for prospective and existing residents, and all visitors in the Sales Office on a daily basis.Perform and manage clerical and administrative responsibilities for day-to-day operations and scheduling for the department.Assist with creating and/or updating documents and reports using various software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce data entry.File and retrieve financial records, check requests, documents and reports.Responsible for Inbound and Outbound lead generation, as well as web lead conversions.Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging events for prospects.Work hand in hand with multiple departments within the community to prepare for community events.Coordinate with outside vendors to provide a best in class experience for event attendees.What you will need:Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired.Proven technology skillsEmerson Lakes is a beautiful 46-acre continuing care retirement community in Lakewood Ranch, near Bradenton and Sarasota, FL.
