Stanley Consultants seeks a Program Management Director to lead and grow its enterprise program management practice across markets. The role bridges executive leadership, client service teams, and project delivery to expand advisory and PMO services. You will develop scalable governance, tooling, and staff capabilities, mentor senior managers, and drive strategic growth with major client programs across water, transportation, energy, federal, and infrastructure markets.
