CAM Assistant (Community Assoc Manager License required)

The Community Association Manager Assistant (CAM Assistant) will assist the CAM with all services provided to the Communities being managed.
- Study and learn the Association documents for the communites you'll work with.
- Answer questions and concerns from homeowners
- Seek bids from Vendors for Projects and provide to the CAM, along with a spreadsheet showing differences.
- Accompany CAM to meet Vendors at the Property to explain/show what is needed, and eventually meet Vendors without CAM.
- Assist with Architectural application reviews, approvals and denials
- Accompany CAM to Board and Member Meetings and eventually attend on behalf of the CAM
- Assist with transcribing Minutes
- Review and understand financials of the various Associations
