Recovery-Focused Community Support Specialist

Hartford HealthCare

Rushford Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks professionals to work with individuals with mental illnesses (and possible co-occurring substance use disorder) to maximize independence. The role involves community-based rehabilitation, care coordination, advocacy, and linkage to services. Responsibilities include planning and delivering Recovery Plan–driven interventions, documentation, and collaboration with ABH/DMHAS.
