Job Description Job Description Senior FP&A Analyst 10633 Summary We are assisting our client seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support key financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization General Duties Represents the Company in a professional, courteous and positive manner with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. Compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to): Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Work with cross-functional teams including regional finance and operations personnel to assess impact on future results. Prepare standard monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for distribution to senior management Evaluate complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Provide analysis and assistance where needed with respect to monthly financial close Oversee and manage the continued development of the budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating performance review process. Track and forecast capital expenditures across the company to ensure that capital deployment is at targeted levels Assist with special projects as requested Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP, BI, and Planning tools a plus Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR Intellectual curiosity – habitually asks why, digs deeper and is not satisfied with surface-level answers.
