Assistant Sales Manager (English and Spanish is a plus)

Join Our Team at a Local Pawn Shop in Alabaster, AL!

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have sales experience, an interest in jewelry, and enjoy learning about a variety of products, we'd love to meet you! Must have management experience

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll assist customers with:

Pawn loans
Retail sales
Purchasing items from customers
Product inquiries and customer service

You'll work with a wide range of merchandise, including:

Jewelry
Firearms
Electronics
Tools
Sporting goods
And much more!

What We're Looking For

Fluent in both Spanish and English - HUGH plus
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Interest in jewelry is a plus
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
Able to safely lift and move items weighing 30+ lbs
Legally eligible and comfortable working around firearms (no prior experience required-we provide comprehensive training)
Able to comply with the company's appearance policy, including covering visible tattoos while at work

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $18.00 per hour
Weekly commission opportunities
Weekly performance bonuses
Paid training in all areas of the business

Schedule

Full-time position
Closed every Sunday
Typical schedule includes:
- Sundays off
- One additional full day off during the week
- One half-day off each week
That's approximately 2.5 days off most weeks throughout the year!
