Assistant Sales Manager (English and Spanish is a plus)

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have sales experience, an interest in jewelry, and enjoy learning about a variety of products, we'd love to meet you! Must have management experience

What You'll Do


As a Sales Associate, you'll assist customers with:

• Pawn loans
• Retail sales
• Purchasing items from customers
• Product inquiries and customer service

You'll work with a wide range of merchandise, including:

• Jewelry
• Firearms
• Electronics
• Tools
• Sporting goods
• And much more!

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English - HUGH plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Interest in jewelry is a plus
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
• Able to safely lift and move items weighing 30+ lbs
• Legally eligible and comfortable working around firearms (no prior experience required-we provide comprehensive training)
• Able to comply with the company's appearance policy, including covering visible tattoos while at work

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $18.00 per hour
• Weekly commission opportunities
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Paid training in all areas of the business

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Closed every Sunday
• Typical schedule includes:
  • Sundays off
  • One additional full day off during the week
  • One half-day off each week
• That's approximately 2.5 days off most weeks throughout the year!
