Job Title Endocrinology Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) Job Type Independent Practice Opportunity Overview This posting is for physicians interested inestablishingor transitioning into an independentlyoperatedmedical practice supported byMedCBO’sadministrative infrastructure.Physicians own andoperatetheir own practice entity,whileMedCBOprovides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position.Physicians mayestablishor transition a practice in a preferred market, subject tostatelicensure and applicable regulatory requirements.The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions,andsetspatient care policies.MedCBOdoes not direct patient care. About MedCBO MedCBOis a healthcare administrative services organization that supports physicians in operating independent medical practices acrossmultiple U.S.markets.MedCBO’sservice model is structured to align withcorporate practice of medicine (CPOM) principles. Physiciansmaintainownership and clinical control of their medical entity whileMedCBOprovides non‑clinical administrative and operational support. MedCBOprovides non‑clinical services, including: Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Physiciansretainfull clinical authority, decision‑making, and ownership of the medical practice. Final legal structure and regulatory compliance depend on the specific state and areestablishedin coordination with licensed legal counsel.
