About the Client Onboarding Specialist Position


Beck Technology is looking for Client Onboarding Specialists to join our Customer Success team! A Client Onboarding Specialist partners with new DESTINI customers to execute a pre-packaged onboarding plan and deliver world-class customer service for end-users. During onboarding, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting weekly working sessions with the client
• Providing expert product knowledge to guide client decisions with Beck Tech provided data
• Managing project execution against detailed schedule to meet deadlines
• Coordinating internal resources to configure reports and technical support to end-users

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will work as part of a highly collaborative internal team focused on exploring and finding creative solutions to meet our users' needs. At Beck Technology, our goal is to create long-lasting partnerships, and our Onboarding team plays a significant role in making sure our customers have a great experience. Successful onboarding sets the client up for long-term success by establishing an excellent foundation for their continued adoption and use of the DESTINI Suite of products.


Some travel may be required (5-10%) to visit client sites.??


Although this position is based in Dallas, Texas, we have a hybrid work environment and support flexible and full-time remote team members. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. This role will report to the Team Lead: Implementation.


Requirements

Who is our Ideal Candidate?


We are seeking construction industry professionals with 1-3 years of experience in construction who have a desire to work with construction technology. Knowledge of construction systems and means and methods is preferred. Experience using the DESTINI Suite of products is very beneficial in this role, and the candidate should be proficient working with Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be passionate about modernizing the Preconstruction industry.


What will you do?


Upon successful completion of onboarding, you will:

• Live our Core Values - Passion, Innovation, and Caring
• Lead up to 10 commercial clients, concurrently, through successful implementation of the DESTINI Suite
• Demonstrate excellence in work product to grow towards an Implementation Specialist role to work with large enterprise-scale clients
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, primarily via the web, to facilitate the onboarding process
• Work with internal team of Data Integration Specialists to integrate client cost database information into the DESTINI Suite in a highly collaborative manner
• Master Beck Technology's product offerings and be ready to demonstrate the technology to new and existing clients.??
• Successfully complete DESTINI Suite self-paced training.
• Communicate with fellow team members via instant messaging, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Participate in pre-release testing of new DESTINI product offerings

30-60-90 Day Plan:

• Within 30 days successfully complete DESTINI Suite self-paced training.
• Within 30 days be able to design and develop a line-item database in DESTINI Data Manager.
• Within 60 days be able to understand basic user functionality of the DESTINI Suite.
• Within 90 days be able to design, develop, and review assembly content in DESTINI Data Manager.
• Within 90 days master Beck Technology's product offerings and be ready to demonstrate the technology to new and existing clients.
