Full-Time Custodian (Evening)General Function: To maintain the district facilities including the cleanliness, condition, safety and operating excellence.Position Detail:One full-time/40 hours per week positionEvening shift during the school yearAssists in maintaining seasonal grounds workCleans and preserves designated spaces, equipment etc. in the buildingRestocks disposable items and provides head custodian with inventory usage and dataAssists visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within building and in obtaining and setting up needed equipmentMaintains building and grounds security in the building each school dayResponsible for custodial services as directed by Maintenance SupervisorOther duties as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or SuperintendentPay Rate:Per Support Staff contractQualifications:High school diplomaMust be available to work flexible and/or additional hoursCustodial experience preferredMust have a general knowledge of the aspects of maintaining building and grounds as well as custodial services.Basic technology skills necessaryDetail orientedAbility to exercise good judgment in all situationsSense of responsibility, dependability, and promptnessUpbeat personality with team player attitude andPositive image as a loyal representative of New Lothrop SchoolsInterested parties should forward a letter of interest and resume via email to:View email address on click.appcast.io mail to:New Lothrop Area Public Schools Attn: Kelly Green, Executive Assistant9285 Easton Road, P.O.
