Marketing Specialist – Direct Hire Location: Macon, GA (On-Site) Compensation: 25-$29 an hour, depending on experience | Direct Hire Opportunity First Call Direct Hire Professional Division is recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join a growing organization in the chemical distribution industry. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located at the company’s headquarters in Macon, GA. The Marketing Specialist will support strategic growth initiatives by managing and executing marketing campaigns, digital content, supplier marketing programs, and trade show activities. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content, and using data to improve marketing results. The successful candidate will have experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe/InDesign tools, along with strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Occasional travel to trade shows throughout the United States is required. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute monthly marketing campaigns while maintaining the marketing calendar and tracking results. Create and manage LinkedIn content, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance analytics. Coordinate trade show activities, including vendor communication, marketing material shipments, internal attendee coordination, and event planning. Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot while tracking engagement and performance. Maintain and update website content, SharePoint resources, product materials, line sheets, and other marketing assets. Collaborate with suppliers on joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Track marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, chemical, or technical industry. Experience managing HubSpot email campaigns and LinkedIn business accounts. Trade show coordination experience preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and campaign tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Required Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and digital marketing platforms required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or InDesign preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
